Hanya dalam waktu singkat, Sefas menjadi pemasok Pelumas Shell yang andal dan tepercaya untuk industri pertambangan dan industri terkait lainnya.

Pada saat yang bersamaan, PT Sefas Pelindotama juga tumbuh menjadi penyedia produk dan Layanan Pengelolaan Hidrokarbon terpadu. Sejak berdiri pada tahun 1997 di Jakarta, Sefas mengalami pertumbuhan pesat dan telah berekspansi ke kawasan strategis di Kalimantan. Sefas memiliki kantor dan gudang di Balikpapan, Samarinda, Banjarmasin, dan Sangatta serta gudang pendukung di Surabaya.


Saat ini PT Sefas Pelindotama (Sefas Group) Cilegon dan Tangerang sedang membuka lowongan kerja untuk mengisi posisi sebagai :


1. Sales Administrator

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Rekapitulasi Delivery Order (DO)
  • Memo delivery
  • Filling dokumen (DO & Surat Jalan)
  • Pendistribusian invoice kepada customer
  • Logistic administration
  • Petty cash
  • Report DPMS
  • Melakukan perhitungan komisi & bonus untuk sales

Kualifikasi :

  • Pria/Wanita
  • Usia maks. 30 tahun
  • Pendidikan min. D3, jurusan akuntansi & administrasi bisnis diutamakan
  • Dapat mengoperasikan sistem Accurate versi 4.0 dan ERP System
  • Disiplin, cekatan, & dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan
  • Lokasi kerja di Curug, Kabupaten Tangerang


2. Sales Executive - Temporary for 6 Months

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

  • Memastikan target terpenuhi dengan memonitor antara target yang diberikan dengan actual penjualan yang dicapai secara harian/mingguan/bulanan.
  • Berkewajiban membuat rencana kunjungan mingguan untuk 1 - 2 minggu kedepan sesuai dengan skala prioritas dan dilaporkan kepada Sales Assistant Manager.
  • Berkewajiban mengisi data Sales System dengan lengkap dan benar serta mencatat setiap kegiatan yang berhubungan dengan pergerakan penjualan.
  • Wajib membuat laporan penjualan dan rencana penjualan kedepan mingguan dan bulanan sesuai format yang ditetapkan
  • Handling permintaan/complain customer dan bertanggung jawab terhadap pelunasan pembayaran invoice yang sudah jatuh tempo.


Kualifikasi :

  • Wanita
  • Usia maksimal 25 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal D3 (segala jurusan)
  • Pengalaman pada bidang penjualan B2B minimal 1 tahun menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki SIM C dan kendaraan pribadi (Wajib)
  • Mampu melakukan presentasi dengan baik dan komunikatif
  • Memiliki komitmen tinggi terhadap pencapaian target bulanan yang disepakati sebelumnya.
  • Coverage Area : Jabodetabek


3. Personal Assistant/Secretary

Job Responsibilities :

  • Do secretarial administrative duties.
  • Perform general financial functions.
  • Make presentations using microsoft powerpoint.
  • Business travel arrangements.
  • Communicate with Board Members, manage Board meetings, and arrange meeting agendas.
  • Answer and screening calls.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly reports.

Requirements :

  • Female/Single.
  • Diploma’s degree in secretarial or relevant major.
  • Max. 30 years old.
  • Trustworthy.
  • Ms. Office literate.
  • Min. 4 years of experience as personal assistant/secretary/executive assistant.
  • Placement at the Jakarta Head Office.
  • Able to join as soon as possible.


4. Finance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Make financial reports and other supporting reports.
  • Annual budgeting.
  • Making budget vs actual reports.
  • Create weekly cash flow.
  • Make an annual cash flow projection.
  • Control the running of the AR and AP cycle.
  • Prepare reports and banking needs.


Requirements :

  • Male/Female.
  • Max. 32 years old.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or financial management.
  • Min. 4 years of experience as finance staff.
  • Understand the financial cycle.
  • Experience working with ERP system is preferred.
  • Placement at the Jakarta Head Office.


5. Technical Support - Jakarta

Job Responsibilities :

  • Specify appropriate products and specifications to be used for specific applications such as vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  • Provide front line technical support to customer and sales force including problem solving, troubleshooting, and application advice.
  • Provide basic failure diagnosis for lubrication related failure (e.g bearing or gear) where lubricants quality or practices are in question.
  • Deliver appropriate lubricants training to stakeholder in customers, directed to help improving overall efficiency and to internal company/sales team.
  • Provide HSE, occupational health, safety and product disposal advice to customer, in line with local legislation requirements.
  • Using technical skills to consulting and demonstrate to potential customer, the usefulness of the product or service and how it may suit the customer better than competing products.
  • Develop long-term relationships with customer, through managing and interpreting their requirements.
  • Generating and identifying cross sell opportunities.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, or petroleum engineering
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanical industrial, technical sales, or related field.
  • Strong written and communication skills with experience in customer presentation.
  • Able to communicate with all functions and levels within customer.
  • Troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
  • Have driving license/SIM A.
  • Work location: Head Office Sefas Group Jakarta.


6. Technical Support - Banten

Job Responsibilities:
